Business Analyst / Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Your day-to-day work

Become part of cnips and cidaas, leading cloud services in Europe, and work on cool new features in an agile team. As a business analyst / project manager, you will be responsible for communication with customers and act as the interface to our development teams. You are responsible for technical management, taking on requirements and managing the team using agile methods. Your team colleagues will be at your side at all times.

• Familiarization with the systematic analysis and coordination of business concepts, processes and customer requirements
• Advising the specialist department on individual software development for a digitalized world
• Taking over the systematic analysis and coordination of technical requirements for individual software developments
• Translating the technical requirements to our development teams
• Managing the teams and implementation activities using agile methods
• Technical management, adherence to deadlines, budget responsibility,
  
• Coordination and resource management

Your profile, what convinces us

• Degree with a strong IT focus (e.g. business informatics) or comparable training
• The clear vision of the digitalization of our future
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills
• Desirable (but not a must): initial practical experience with agile software development processes (e.g. Scrum) and the design of IT systems
• Enjoy agile management and motivation to familiarize yourself with new technologies/processes
• Customer-oriented behavior, high-quality standards, presentation skills and willingness to travel if required
• Fluent German and good English skills
